Additionally, Mexico has 46 asphalt exporters while the United States is represented by 3,000 producers. Exco Crude Oil specializes in purchasing and transporting most variations of crude oil from heavy, low API to lighter, higher API condensates in varying qualities of base sediment and water (BSW) including off-spec products throughout Texas and the Republic of Mexico. Through our affiliations and strategic relationships and access to a vast network of logistical options, Exco Crude Oil can transport crude oil by overland tankers, railway or water-borne vessels to virtually any location in the Americas. With 3 processing yards strategically located in West, East and South Texas along with transit hubs conveniently located throughout the Republic of Mexico, logistical issues are easily resolved to ensure a seamless and worry-free process. Over the last 12 years, Exco Crude Oil has successfully purchased, transported, processed and sold over 20 million barrels in Texas and throughout the Republic of Mexico. With the increased shale production in Texas and the commitment by Mexico to a large-scale increase in productivity and efficiency, Exco Crude Oil is at the vanguard to reap the benefits of incremental growth throughout the industry

Through its affiliations and strategic relationships, Exco Crude Oil can seamlessly export through its Mexican counterpart from any region of Mexico and import all products through virtually any Port of Entry into the United States either by land or water-borne. Our team of specialists, through decades of operation, has extensive experience dealing with HazMat exports and imports and customs requirements on both sides of the border utilizing a well-trained and fully-bilingual staff of representatives. Customs requirements are an ever-evolving phenomenon in both the United States and Mexico, so through years of experience and training, our customs specialists are well-equipped to meet the constantly changing requisites whether it be through overland tankers at bridge crossings, railway or water-borne vessels along the coast.

Exco Crude Oil, through its partners and affiliates, currently relies on 3 assets for crude oil blending in South, West and East Texas along with transit hubs conveniently located throughout the Republic of Mexico. Based on our varying locations, we have the ability to process and blend most variations of crude oil quality to industry specifications from anywhere in Texas or the Republic of Mexico. As shale production has significantly increased in the West and South Texas regions along with a commitment by Mexico to a large-scale increase in productivity and efficiency, Exco Crude Oil has strategic locations to process and blend the vastly different types of crude oil produced. Through decades of experience and precision of operation, Exco Crude Oil has the capability of receiving all types of crude oil by overland tankers, railway or water-borne vessels along the coast to process and blend to industry standards for eventual sale to numerous crude oil markets.

Exco Crude Oil offers competitive pricing based on volume, quality, location and frequent payment terms while also excelling in customer service and creating long-term relationships. Typically, oil purchasers gather oil for the entire month and submit payment on the 20th day of the following month. Theoretically, customers have to wait as long as 50 days for payment which can put a strain on customer finances. To avoid this unnecessary delay and 50-day payment window, Exco Crude Oil pioneered next-day payment terms with remission of product invoices the next business day. This convenience allows customers to quickly reinvest in their operations without having to use factoring companies for their invoices. Additionally, with sufficient storage facilities and convenient locations in Texas and the Republic of Mexico, there is virtually no limit to location and/or production volume.
